The Cleopatra necklace features an intricate design complete with tons of ornate handmade and domed overlay detailing paired with handcrafted celestial accents in various designs. The stone, a gorgeous triangular piece of Morenci II turquoise with a vivid blue color and sparkly pyrite flecks, is set in an entirely hand-fabricated, one-of-a-kind, heavyweight solid sterling silver setting. This pendant comes with a chunky 20" sterling infinity chain.

- Stone is set in a fine silver (.999) sawtooth bezel
