SHIPPING

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to ship your order after the payment has been cleared. Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday. You will receive an email notification once the item has shipped. 

  • Please double-check your shipping address before ordering.

  • All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3day) with insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation. 

  • All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail ( 8-31 business days) with insurance. Per USPS guidelines, all international orders over $400 will be shipped via USPS Priority International. 

  • International customers: please know your country's import policies and customs fees, as you are responsible for paying these

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses items that are lost or undelivered, however, we will try our best to track it down if it comes to this point. Please ensure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted address. 

  • If you want to add signature confirmation or expedited shipping, please contact us before purchasing so we can adjust the shipping price for you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee that we will accept refunds or exchanges (unless it is a case of product defect), but we are devoted to customer satisfaction and will work our best with you to sort out any issues. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we can discuss the best option. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on wrong size- please know your ring size before ordering and read product descriptions carefully.
