This pendant showcases the most gorgeous piece of natural Petrified Palm Root. This stone is over 10 million years old and formed from the fossilized roots of ancient palm trees.
This beautiful stone is set in a fine silver sawtooth setting and flanked on the sides with a thick sterling frame. Solid handmade sterling bubbles in graduated sizes adorn the top and the bottom of the piece. The piece is finished off with a chunky bail, and strung on a sterling rolo chain that is 18" long.
The back of the pendant is stamped with my makers mark and 'sterling'. The entire piece has been oxidized (darkened) and polished to a high shine to bring out the details.
This pendant measures 1 1/4" wide by 2 3/8" tall, including the bail.
